I tried the donut spare from my Mom's early 80's
Maxima (810)(it has both badges).  I think it fits
front & rear as I remember.  I found that it saved
minimal space since the diameter is the same, and my
original roadster wheel mounted with an old 155R X 14
allowed me to store some stuff inside of the wheel.  I
kept the original spare for this reason, and because
it just looks more stock.

I would never run the donut, (or the odd sized spare
for that matter) on the back because of the diff,  I
would change around the wheels so I have 2 alike on
the rear, and deal with the steering until I could get
the tire fixed.
