Seems I remembered someone else with that problem. Then it came to me. In the 
restoration web Page of 
"Our 1970 Datsun Roadster 1600" That question was put to Mike as Roadster 
Restoration.  Go down to date 3/31/01 http://www.rcip.com/matt12/datsun.htm
Maybe this is the same thing.
