Service Bulletins

I was surfing on google and found this site that you can check 
just about any cars service bulletin and recall notices. Here is 
a service bulletin for the a 68 -  2000. The 68 - 1600 had the same 
notice.

Anyone familiar with this notice about a relay 
"green or blue relay caution"
