Does anyone know this car?

Hello All,

I have been looking at this car for well over a year now. I have no idea who 
owns it, what its racing history or anything. It seems like a nice car that 
is unreasonably priced and the owner won't be able to sell it at this price.

Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

According to the area code, this car is in PA.
