Simple car problem question (OT)

Since you guys are knowledgeable I'd thought I'd ask.

My other car is a jeep cherokee, and now it doesn't start. When I 
turn the key, it makes a very fast clicking noise, but doesn't turn 
over. Battery is fine, and I just replaced my fuel pump and 
regulator. Is it my starter or igintion coil? What should I do before 
I call the tow truck. Thanks.
