Datsun roadster SPL311-02484, 1966, took its first run around the block
today after 6 years of sitting in garages and under canvas. I was
pleasantly surprised by the car, as I have had everything off the motor to
clean and repair and replace. She started and didn't need much
adjustment. Pure dumb luck!! It runs and it is fast. Motor number
R-31427, not the original, but that's not a problem here. Still have some
things to fix, but it is running.
