Quick Door Question

Hey guys (and gals?),

        I am about to take my car into the body shop and have just a few more 
items to tear apart.  (I'll get basically everything but the engine compartment 
painted...  Just not the right time to rip out the engine/tranny)  Anyway, does 
anyone have any advice / tips on how to remove the door glass, both the vent 
and the window.
