Did you have the head resurfaced when it was off? Did you use "copper coat" on the new gasket? and lastly.... Did you re-torque the head down ( after a good long drive, then about 10 operational hours later. All of these are especially important on a bi-metal engine. I've had to do head gaskets twice in a row on my 1600 - the gaskets available are not the best, I think the use of copper-coat was the key in keeping it sealed.
