For all of you Washingtonians:
I went to "Auto Machine, Aluminum Cylinder Head specialists" down in Kent
this morning. (where I was told that both of my heads, including the smog
head I'm about to slap on---- were worthless-- I just about started to
cry....) But I digress; while I was talking to the guys about the Datsun
heads, the owner of the place says, hey you, follow me... I thought he was
going to take me around the corner and slug me or something for asking dorky
questions. We walk over to another part of the garage and voila! 3
roadsters. 2 2000s and a 1600; one black, one red, one blue.....
ooohhhh.... Turns out the owner of the shop is a bona fide roadster nut!
The guys there were honest, and they spent the morning diagnosing my two
heads for free! For various other reasons, I was very impressed by the
operation they run. They can be found at www.automachine.com. The owner of
Auto Machine is Greg of "Greg's Automotive," which I guess is all over
