oil tube

            I tried to install the oil filter tube this weekend and found
that it fit 
        my 67 1600 but  not my 69 2000 . The 69 oil filter housing seems to
be a 
        larger diameter,are there 2 different sizes or is mine missing
something. I 
        am using it on the 67 but I still want to use one on my  69. Have
you heard 
        of this?
