Personal opinion - go with closest to what the car manufacturer
specified. I seem to recall the original was 195, BUT I MAY BE
WRONG. In your case, go with the 180. You need the engine to
warm up, and IMHO 160 is just too cold.

If you need a 160 to keep the engine from overheating, SOMETHING
ELSE IS WRONG and you're just applying a band-aid.
