Roadster Registry

I talked w/ a few list members and have one concern.  If the data became
available to everyone, could disreputable (non roadster types) take
advantage of this info?  I envision someone using old registration data to
sell a reassembled (insurance write off) car.  If access were tight that
might help.  Larry.
