rear brakes

Does anybody have a set of rear drum pads that they could measure the width
for me?  Mine still rub on the drums when turning and I wonder if I have the
incorrect parts.  I am assuming my bearings are bad allowing my drum to move
in and out under side loads, but I have to try the easy things first.
Another thing-I had my a car up on jackstands idling in netural, clutch
engaged and the rear wheel was spinning, is this a bad sign- or normal?
