I too would like to hear the answer to the idle question. I found that if I down shift to a stop from a high idle my resting idle stays high. If I pull it out of gear coming to a stop from high idle it idles normally 8 out of 10 times. Makes me wonder about vacuums. Oh, mine is a '70 1600 with the smog stuff. Jim |
