list, interesting discovery was made today. a 70 2000 fuel pump works
on a 66 1600! the flow is backward, if you hook it up just like the 66
it sucks the gas out of the carbs instead of pumping it in. so reverse
it. the studs are a bit short, but it does work. also, looking at the
parts manual, the diaphram is the same for all years and all models.
Any expert input on this subject is welcome.
