panasport wheels

I'm considering buying some Panasport wheels for my 66 1600.
I think I'll just get the 14x5.5s - I don't think I really need the 15x5.5s
since its just a driving car.  It will be nice to have the wider wheel with
some wider tires.

I got quoted a price of $162/wheel for the 14s - is that good or can I do
better?
Tire suggestions?
