Bad bad BAD wires!!

Hello All,
        So I have been looking at my engine bay wiring harness.. Man is it a
mess.. Irene cleaned all the contacts in the plugs but the wires-crimp on 
connectors leading to the plugs are all corroding.  Damn.. this has to be 
causing huge voltage drops all over the place....
        What should I do?? Replace the harness?? Is that even possible?
Can I jsut buy an engine bay side wiring harness and swap them out?? Is it 
a HUGE PITA???
