Single carb/L20b

I know a guy who owns a '68 with an L20b, uses a single Weber downdraft
carb. I've seen an advertisement (very old and out of date) for a Weber
downdraft kit including manifold for the R16. Perhaps one was made for the
U20 as well?

BTW, the L20b conversion above has a really, really ugly raised hood scoop
for clearance, I'm not sure if it was necessary or just a poor job with the
conversion.
