Rust

I know that there was some discussion a while back on something called POR
15 (?) for the treatment of rust.  Is it a rust neutralizer?  I picked up a
boat this weekend and the trailer is a rust bucket.  Any other products good
for the treatment of rust?

Mandatory Roadster stuff - anyone ever make a temporary modification to a
boat trailer that would allow a Roadster to be towed to the paint shop?  PS
- the roadster weighs less than the boat.  Thanks.
