1500 Transmission Front Seal?

Hi List,
 
    Does anyone know if there is a seal for the input shaft on a 1500
transmission? I checked with the parts catalog and it does not show one. I
have the trans out because I have rebuilt the engine and would like to
replace the seal while I have it out. The trans works perfectly so I do not
want to take it apart if there is not a seal there. Looking at the diagrams
in the catalog the only thing I can think of is that the seal is
incorporated into the front cover?
