Welders

Good afternoon;

Seeing as I am in no way a professional in the auto restoration business, I
need your assistance.
I will be cutting and welding floor boards and quarter panels, what type of
welder do I need.
I have looked around to find they run from 200 on up for a wire feed and
even less for an arc welder.
Which is better and easier to use.
