things to replace while the engine is out??

Hello All,
        Since my 'new' solex U-20 will be sitting for a while I have a chance
to do 'stuff' to it before I install it.
        I believe that the engine was completely rebuilt recently so I am 
not expecting to need to do much. what do you reccomend I check-adjust-replace 
while the engine is out???
