Chrome fender trim spear thingy..

Hello All,
        I jsut realized that I bought a piece of chrome fender trim (the 'spear'
that goes on the front fender ) from Ross at Shasta have totally forgot to put
it on.  I want to put it on before the car show this Sat. How does it attach
to the car??
