Not trying to teach you to suck eggs but have you backed off the brake
adjusters all the way - sometimes a ridge is formed on the drum from wear.
Being alloy on steel corrosion between the wheel studs, axle and drum is
sometimes the cause - a very very gentle application of heat to the drum in
the stud area helps to release it.
