sighting in PDX area

Having just returned to Portland after a year away, I
don't know if the person that owns the little red 'ster is
on the list.

Anyway, driving down 99W in Tigard this afternoon was a
red roadster with hardtop.  The hardtop had the round
windows on it.  I passed it at about 4:15pm.

Is it owned by anybody on the list?
