I'll agree with Joseph- don't remove the steel liner. It is probably pressed into the alum drum and the pins are to keep it from spinning. I just had some alum drums turned(from a 80's G.M. car) and the max they can go is 1/16 (.062) inch over the stock diameter. But,,, I don't know what the stock diameter is for the roadster. I'm sure the shop turning the drums will be able to tell you if they can clean up the surface. Steve |
