Daniel,

What I believe your are hearing is "metal to metal"... What that is :
Your drum brake pads have a piece of metal that is pointed toward your
drum( but this metal won't rub unless your breaks need to be changed)..
Its a warning that you brake pads are getting thin....Now I could be
wrong, but that would be the first thing I would look for....Does anyone
else agree or disagree??
