Quick question

Hello everyone,

Just wondering since I have had three control knobs fall off since I
bought the car a year ago, how do you put them back on?  I have the small
screws that held them in place, but how in the world are you supposed to
screw them back in so the knob stays on?  Is a small angled screwdriver
needed?
