smog removal....Again

I know this is an old subject but I need some help. I started removing
the smog related items off of my 1600 yesterday and had nodifficulties
with most of it. However, the two lg. inlets on the manifold are causing
a problem. I have used penatrating oil, tapped with a hammer but they
will not budge. In fact, both are almost rounded off because they are
soft copper, And I broke one off. Any ideas short of removing the
manifold?
