Buy a short extension and a bottle of Viagra. 8-)
Actually, it's a pain. Sometimes I have managed to get at it with two long
extensions and a ratchet wrench, with the wrench up by the front cover and
the extensions going back next to the header. Having a socket with some
slop or one of the integrated socket/u-joints helps.
The only other way I know is from above with an open-end wrench.
