No, Dave.  The only V6 starters that work are for '62-63 Buick odd-fire.  There
are aftermarket gear reduction starters from many of the MGB-V8 and TR8 folks.
The Range Rover Lucas Marelli gear reduction starter will bolt to the block, but
I don't know if it will mesh with your flywheel.
