MGB/C Automatic Gearbox

A friend is installing an automatic transmission (from an Austin Marina) in 
his 1973 MGB and he lacks the floor shift lever/gate/linkage.  The parts from 
an MGC auto are thought to be the same.  Does anyone have suggestions where
