OK, its not an LBC, but it is pre-war, actually pre both WWII and WWI, by US standards. And it's air cooled, just like the early Rovers. The owner, a pal of mine who does not use e-mail/internet, wonders if anybody out there is familiar with Franklin's own carburettor as used on this model. He needs help. With thanks!
