Lucas Coils and capacitor sizing

Thanks to all who responded to my question.  Now if I could get a 
consensus... :).  Actually I've been spurred on to try a different
capacitor with my next tune up.  First I have to put the trunions,
springs, axles, steering, and other details back on the car :).
