Hi again, this time I have A's instead of Q's:

Looks like a consensus: (1) Leave the trailing arms bare aluminum (I'm having
them bead blasted at a local shop). (2) There are always shims present to set
the geometry.  Additional shims change rear toe-in.  (3) A threaded rod and
correct nuts&washers is the way to go for removing/installing bushes in the
trailing arms.  In fact, the setup I used to compress the front road springs
was perfect for the rear bushes, how nice.  Also: a hacksaw works well to cut
the ends off the old dry rubber bushes before pulling.
