List etiquette

Many of the folks out there have mailers and mail readers that have trouble
with large files, over 30,000 characters or so.  Posting a single mail message
of that size can screw things up.  As I've said in the past, be nice to others
and post a short note saying you have the info available, don't just subject
the hundreds of folks on the list to something they may not even want.
