I get a new rubber seal, take the car & seal to an automotive glass shop & pick it up that evening. makes for a very easy job. If you are not good at it, you can easily crack the windscreen (I assume since you didn't specify a MGA fixed head coup you had a roadster). You could end up with a leaky seal. The seal calking is sticky & caneasily get away from you. Have it done, it doesn't cost a lot, if it leaks, take it back & they fix it. TeriAnn |
