Aim headlights on Sprite

Hello,

Sorry to blast the whole list with such a simple question, but my
manual doesn't seem to cover this.  How do I aim the headlights on my
64 Sprite?

I've spent some time screwing with the darn things, but it's just not
obvious to me.
