MGB cost/value

A friend just got a job offer in Belgium.  His race car is
a '74 MGB built to IT specs (mostly stock).
1) Is there a class he could run it in europe

2) What could he sell it for when his job contract expires
in a couple of years.  It is fairly clean looking (but
some of the bondo is pretty thick).  It is a California car
with no rust.
