My current plan involves rebuilding/beefing up the suspension/steering on
my '64/5 MGB, getting the current 3 main running, and driving it. I can
then build up a fresh 5 main engine over time, and have it ready to drop in
when I can get around to the body work. But, the budget is real tight right
now. I would like to find, used or otherwise cheap:
-a water pump for a 3 main MGB (18G, 18GA) engine. New pumps are outragous
for the 3 main, and I only want to use it for a season or so.
-a decent RF wing (roadster), preferably 63-67, but later can be adapted.
Alternatly, just the front section, say from the middle of the wheel
arch forward (roadster or GT). All the ones I have have been rusted
or bent around the headlight, or both.
I have various parts which I can trade- trim, glass, mechanical, etc., mostly
from MKI's (63-67), but very few salvagable body parts. (boot lid and
GT hatch/window are about it)
Speaking of parts- Hey Dana, are you there? What's the story with winged
knock off's? Is it just Moss, or have the Feds grabbed yours as well?
