I went to see this car this past wednesday. It's in very tough
shape. The interior is trash, the body has a fair bit of bondo
in all the typical early MGB areas. The passenger window is
smashed and the 1/4 window is badly bent. The grill is semi-
crumpled, and the windscreen is cracked.
On the good side, it doesn't seem to ever have been in a bad
accident, it really is a '66 (from the VIN), the engine does
seem to run.
The owner of "Trimuphs Only" in San Jose is the guy trying to
sell it.
While I was checking out the 'B, I took a look at a very
beautiful Allard and a Jensen Interceptor. It seems that
"Triumphs Only" is just a name, not a policy.
