Do you know what sort of oil is in it? Sounds like it's something too lightweight; it's thinning too much with heat. Try changing to Castrol 20W50 and see if the problem goes away (I used to see the same thing on a load of 10W30). Otherwise, it might be time for new bearing shells or oil pump, despite what the previous owner said about a "complete rebuild". |
