Fuel Pump

Me again with fool questions about fuel supply.  I now have a box of parts to 
go into 
1628 that includes a Holley 2 bl. I'm now thinking why not replace the fuel 
pump 
while I'm at it.  With this configuration, is there a power advantage or 
downside of 
selecting a higher flow than stock pump?  Product recommendations would be 
appreciated.
