Hello my name is Ron i have a 75 Bricklin vin 818. I damaged my left rear axle
trying to get the drum off.I purchased a new one from bob hoffman a few years
ago, i am now trying to install the new one and having trouble with it. It
appears not to be going in all the way, the inner bearings might be stopping
it from seating? The shims are off my old axle.There is a gap between the
brake backing plate shims and the mounting flange.please help i do not want to
damage this one. thanks Ron
