No, I don't have many problems with my doors -- I drive it every day.

That's the solenoid -- might be a broken wire by the hinge.  When you 
trigger it can you hear the solenoid pop?

Sure they move -- they have to.  You need to adjust the door or the latch or 
the striking plate.  But again when opening it might just be the solenoid.

Of course you should.  Those things get water and junk in them.  I lube the 
whole locking mechanism and all the little pivot points.

I think Tanner would charge around 15,000 to start.  But why do that?  Just 
get those darn doors adjusted and lubed and drive the puppy. Kim
