Vacuum Air Pump not working

Hey All,
Just tested my vacuum air pump.  I get vacuum to the line, but the pump doesnt
seem to be working...no sound...no air.

Is it just clogged up, or does it need to be rebuilt?  There was a place in a
really old issue of the Brickline that rebuilt the compressors...are they
still around?
I just cant afford an electric pump yet...

Anybody tried a JC Whitney electric pump on their Brick?  It's about $200
cheaper....
