I've never heard that. My reference sheet lists the '74 -'75 with automatic as 
#1301204 which is an AMC #. As I mention in another post; I have a sneaking 
suspicion that it' really a rebadged Ford part.

And perhaps more importantly, what did you change them out with ?  All the
info I have so far says that the '75's used custom springs designed for
Bricklin.
