On Friday evening August 12 at 7:00 PM we need BMCU, Bike Club, BAHC (Austin
Healy), WMJR (Jaguar) and SLCN (Salt Lake Community Network) volunteers with
hammers, staplers, and stiff floor brooms to help set up the venue at Liberty
Park (northeast quadrant).
On Saturday morning August 13 some volunteers with set-up equipment would be
appreciated at 7:00 AM to clean up any damage to the venue that occurred during
the night.
On Saturday morning August 13 at 8:00 AM many more volunteers are needed to
help with registration and placing the cars and bikes on the field. Most cars
should be in place on the field by 9:00 AM.
The Chow Truck should be on site by 10:00 AM.
Volunteers to help with BFD teardown would also be greatly appreciated
beginning around 2:30 PM and usually ending by 3:30 PM.
