Cat-converters in Stock classes

Hi all,

Just a quick question since I don't have my rule book handy: for stock 
classes, exhaust is open "cat-back"... is the cat part of the "open" 
equation here?

I believe the answer is "no", but I want to verify before selling a Jackson 
Racing "High Flow" cat.

That said, let me know if anyone is interested in this cat ($50, retails for 
$199) - it's for a 1.6L Miata. It's in great shape and came as part of the 
package of extra goodies along with my CSP Miata.
