I would like to see the SC print something to be given out with the entry
cards, so people know about this before going to tech. I think this will put
less burden on Tech. Otherwise, I see people going to tech unprepared,
scrambling to make numbers while holding up the tech line, or pulling them out
of
line while they make their numbers pass, etc.
